Returns & Exchange

In China, customers’ satisfaction is guaranteed. This rule applies internationally either. Any tutus can be returned or exchanged (except normal wear) within 7 days of receiving date. Please view the following instructions carefully so as to avoid misunderstanding between seller and buyer:
Instructions:
-If there is a quality problem, such as:

Wrong Style be sent/ Broken Fabric/ Unclean clothes/ Bad Workmanship/ Other problems that hinder the use of the item

Thus,seller will undertake:

1, The returning shipping cost from your country to China;

2, Exchange a brand-new item FREE OF CHARGE;

3, Full cost refund;

 

-If it is the responsibility of the buyer, such as:

Don’t like the style/ Don’t like the fabric/ Don’t like the color/ Choose wrong size/ No reason for returning or exchange. But if it is customer size made tutu, then we are sorry that it can not be returned because we customerize size made the tutu only fit for you.

 

If it is the standerd size, Thus, the buyer has to undertake:

1, The returning shipping cost from your country to China;

2, Shipping cost from China to your country for the exchange item;

-No Refund for Shipping Cost when it is the responsibility of the buyer;

-We are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages and we strongly suggest you insure your return shipment.
-Please allow 2- 4 weeks for us to process returns & exchanges items after we receive your return items. We will keep you informed.
Return & Exchange address and contact No will be given after the buyer and the seller has come to conclusion.
